Honestly? It's a loaded question.

So here's the real answer.
I'm a mom. Two brilliant adult kids who are living proof that love, intention, and a whole lot of showing up matter more than a perfect path.
I'm a Citizen of the World. I've lived and loved on multiple continents, and I believe home is wherever you're fully BEing yourself. Right now that's back and forth between the U.S. and a hill in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, jungle above, ocean below, where I'm building something sacred.
I value learning and growing. BEing a better version of myself every single day. Not as a goal. As a way of life.
And I did all the things the world told me to DO.
School. Career. Marriage. Family. Houses. Businesses. The whole checklist.
Turns out DOing all the things and BEing yourself are two very different equations.
What the world taught me to value didn't really work for me.
Not because I failed at it. I was good at it. Built careers, built businesses, raised two humans.
But for thirty years, something felt missing. Like watching a movie without the sound on.
"Is this all there is?"
Maybe you know that quetions. Maybe it's been following you too.
The Knowing
I was five years old.
I climbed up on a sawhorse in the backyard, spread my arms out wide, and pretended I was on an airplane.
I had never been on an airplane. I had barely left the small town we lived in in Northern California. But I already knew.
I knew I was going to travel around the world. I knew I was going to help people. I knew it the way you know things before you have any business knowing them.d
That's the first time I remember the knowing.
Decades later, sitting on a hill in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta, I had a realization.
My voice is traveling around the world right now. My podcast, my work, The Joyous Ones. Going everywhere. To people I haven't met yet in places I haven't been yet.
Five-year-old me on that sawhorse already knew.
I didn't need to get on an airplane. I just needed to trust my voice.
The Turn
The problem was never what I was DOing.
It was that I didn't prioritize who I was BEing.
I grew up with two alcoholic parents and became the surrogate mom at fourteen. I was the black sheep. Too much, too curious, too many questions.
What I know now is that the black sheep isn't the broken one. The black sheep is the one who won't conform or pretend. The black sheep is the strong, authentic one.
For years I kept paddling upstream, DOing what I thought I was supposed to DO, waiting to feel FREE.
Until I finally let go of the oars. Stopped DOing. Started BEing.
And everything changed.
That's when The Joyous Ones found ME. A collective of non-physical Source energy that moves through me. What some call channeling. What I experience as a Source Transmission, a Co-Creation Session, a Knowing Session, and a Love Transmission all at once.
And through them, the 180°BEing Formula dropped down into ME:
ME+WE+HP= BE FREE
It didn't come from a whiteboard. It didn't come from a certification program. It came through ME because I needed it.
What I didn't fully understand then was that I had always been wired this way. I came in with the gift of knowing. The gift of seeing and feeling what's behind the words. The gift of reading and translating energetic vibration into something people can feel, sense, and embody. The Joyous Ones didn't give me the gifts. They showed me the ones I'd always had.
I was the first student of my own work.
Who I am now

I'm an intuitive energy worker, a Source Transmission guide, and a Spiritual Business Coach. Similar to what's known as channeling, what I do is a direct Source Transmission, a Co-Creation Session between you and the Energy that Creates Worlds.
I spent five years as a spiritual director at a Malibu rehab, where I learned that the substance was never the problem. Disconnection from the self always was.
I work at an energetic level, not just in thoughts or words. As an energy master and a way shower, I'm one of the new voices being called to step up for these times. The shift happening on the planet is moving from mind-led to heart-led. And most people don't have a guide for that crossing.
In a session, that means we listen to the words. And we don't stop there.
I didn't step out in 2026 because I finally felt ready.
I stepped out because the timing became undeniable. After ten years of private 1:1 work, one person at a time, something shifted. Not in what I do. In what I'm here to do at scale.
I've learned to trust that kind of knowing. The moment when the path of least resistance stops being quiet and starts being obvious. When the Energy that Creates Worlds stops whispering and starts being impossible to ignore.
And here's what I know about timing:
It's always precise. For me. For you. For everyone who finds their way to exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment, often without being able to explain why they went looking.
You didn't find this by accident.
Something in you knew to come looking. Something in me knew it was time to be findable. That's not coincidence. That's the path of least resistance doing what it always does, bringing the right people together at exactly the right time.
Which means if you're reading this right now, your timing is right too.
Welcome. You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
I show up fully. For my clients, for my kids, for myself. That's not a value I talk about. It's one I live.
And here's the thing I'm most proud of, the thing that took me a long time to be able to say out loud:
I am the most important person in my life. Because no one else can BE ME, but ME. So I better BE the best ME I can BE.
Learning to BE Joyous and FREE has been my life's mission. I'm mastering it. Every day.
I still have to remind myself sometimes. The 'who am I to think I can help people' voice still shows up. The doubt. And every time it does, I come back to the same place: it is true. It is my gift. And the Universe has always confirmed it. If you're reading this, that's the confirmation happening right now.
The answer to "Is this all there is?" turned out to be the beginning of everything. For me. And now, for you.
